Banana Pancakes


½ cup of oats

1 ripe banana

Plant-based milk


Grind the oats into flour.  Add 1 ripe banana and the milk, mix to make the desired consistency then fry.

Pick whatever topping you like e.g. peanut butter and blueberries

Tip:  For an alternative to plant based milk use water, liquid from a can of chickpeas or coconut water.
