Crispy Cheesy Potato Wedges

Potato Wedges


6 potatoes

2-3 tbsp oil

2 tsp spices of choice (salt, cumin, pepper, paprika, garlic, chili)

1 tsp red pepper powder

2 tbsp nutritional yeast



* Preheat oven to 200 degrees

* Cut potatoes into wedges

* Combine oil, spices, red pepper powder and nutritional yeast in a bowl.  Add the potatoes and mix well

* Bake for about 35 minutes, turning it after 15 minutes until golden and crispy

* Serve with an avocado dip, tomato sauce or tomato relish
