Mango & Date Smoothie

Tofu Bolognese


1 cup frozen mango

12 packet dates or 6 medjool dates

1 cup of water

Optional nutrition and anti-oxidant packed extras

tsp tahini or tsp nut butter

handful of blueberries

handful of walnuts

tbsp chia seeds or tbsp flax/linseed



* Mix all ingredients till smooth in a blender or bullet.

* This works really well with the base ingredients but it’s great to have the smoothie as a platform for your day’s nutrients and omega-3s!
Throw in whatever extras you think will go, or add one or more of our suggested extras:
Flaxseed/linseed powder, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, blueberries.
