1 cup chickpea flour 1tbsp flaxseed meal 1tbsp nutritional yeast 1tsp turmeric 1tsp mix herbs 1/4 tsp baking soda A pinch of black salt (that gives you a great eggy taste) Pepper to taste
Mix the ingredients together then store it in the fridge. Use 1/4 of mix for 1/4 of water. Give it a good whisk and voila, ready to fry into an omelette :)! I prepare my dry mix on the weekend and it keeps me going for the week! Just have to add water to it and BOOM you've got a quick yummy breakie!
