Pita bread Tomato paste or pizza paste Capsicums Mushrooms Onion or sweet relish Tahini Salt Pepper
Preheat oven to 200ºC. Cut pita bread into thin halves. Spread pizza sauce on top. Add sliced mushrooms, sliced capsicums, onion relish, salt, drizzle tahini atop and pepper. Grill until golden and serve with salad.
You can do what you want with these quick pizzas! Other topping ideas include olives, sundried tomatoes, onion, tomato, pine nuts or broccoli. Get creative!
