250g raw banana Filling 80g groundnut 50g grated coconut Bunch of coriander leaves Dressing 4 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp salt 1/2 inch ginger (grated) 2 tsp jaggery/ maple syrup / or any plant based sweetener 1 Green Chili
For dressing Grate the ginger and finely chop green chili. Add all the ingredients for the dressing together and let it sit for 10 minutes. For filling Grate the coconut, finely chop coriander leaves. Mix them together. Dry roast the ground nut and crush it. Add all the ingredients together. For the dish - Remove the skin of raw banana/ plantain and discard then peel the banana into layers using a peeler. Soak these banana layers in the dressing for 1- 2 minutes. Remove the banana layers from the dressing and spread the filling and roll it like a sushi and skewer with a toothpick Raw Banana Roll, also known as Indian Sushi is ready to enjoy as a starter.

Initially, I had no name for this recipe but the audience loved it so much that they called it Indian Sushi. I rolled 1000+ banana rolls on that day and this recipe inspired me to start KuKClean. Few also suggested me to get this recipe patented but here is my secret recipe.
