1 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup oats 1/2 cup dates (soak in hot water) 1/2 cup Pistachio or Coconut flakes 1/2 Tbls coconut oil
Place all ingredients besides pistachios and coconut flakes in foodprocessor. Make balls and roll in cut pistachios or coconut flakes. Enjoy immediately or place in fridge for 1h (better taste and consistency).
