Cassava Cake


2 pkts (454g) frozen grated cassava
1 can coconut cream
1 can coconut milk
1 cup raw sugar
1 cup desiccated coconut



Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Pour mixture into baking dish greased with margarine/vegan butter.
Bake for 1hr 15 mins.
