Cassava Cake

Tofu Bolognese


2 pkts (454g) frozen grated cassava

1 can coconut cream

1 can coconut milk

1 cup raw sugar

1 cup desiccated coconut



* Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.

* Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

* Pour mixture into baking dish greased with margarine/vegan butter.

* Bake for 1hr 15 mins.
