Vegan Brownies

Tofu Bolognese

Ingredients

1 tin black beans,

6 tbsp cocoa powder,

1/2 cup oats,

1/4 tsp salt,

1/3 cup maple syrup,

4 tbsp sugar,

1/4 cup coconut oil,

2 tsp vanilla extract,

1/2 tsp baking powder.

 

Method

 * Blend all ingredients together, then mix in 1/2 cup choc chips 

* Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C
